We invite you to join us as we unveil a new virtual program entitled the "MDGLCC Mentoring Huddle".  This will be an opportunity to bring business leaders together and create new relationships.  This one hour virtual event will consist of LGBT business owners (members of our Chamber) presenting their business to a panel of experts in order to receive positive, constructive feedback, and new ideas.  The panel of experts will be made of 2-3 professionals in a company's Procurement or Diversity & Inclusion area.  These individuals will have the great opportunity, with their time and expertise, to make an impact in the growth and development of these LGBT businesses.

 

Our first virtual "MDGLCC Mentoring Huddle" will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, July 28th at 3pm.  The two local participating LGBT businesses presenting will be Amazon Printers (www.amazonprinters.com) and MagicWaste Management, Corp. (www.magicwaste.com).  The Corporate panelists participating will be Latasha Griffin (Supplier Diversity Manager at UPS), Yania Rosario (Integrated Supply Chain at FPL) and Lisa Ghai (Senior Manager for Global Hotel Procurement at Royal Caribbean Group).

You do not need to be a presenter to join.  On the contrary, we invite you to participate to not only network but also hear the feedback and get some tips that you could apply to your own business presentations.
