MDGLCC's Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a network of young professionals aged 21 to 40 who are passionate about making a difference in the chamber and our community. YPN offers a variety of programs and events that help young professionals develop new skills, connect with each other and get involved in the chamber and the broader LGBTQIA+ community in Miami-Dade county. These programs include:

• Networking events: YPN hosts a variety of networking events throughout the year, providing opportunities for young professionals to meet and connect with each other.
• Professional Development: YPN plans to offer professional development programs. 
• Community Advocacy: YPN members are highly encouraged to participate in community advocacy by giving back to their communities in making a positive impact.
