The LGBT community has long supported arts and cultural groups and the MDGLCC has a wealth of such organizations in its membership.  To lend our support, each quarter the MDGLCC coordinates an activity at one of our cultural arts members. This activity might include attending a new play or musical, the opening of a new art exhibit, and/or viewing a film.  Whatever the cause, Miami-Dade is rich in quality and quantity of Cultural Arts and the MDGLCC leverages on that to conduct its SOCAM events.
