With a career spanning several decades, Manny is Co-Chairman of CCOM Group Inc, a Miami based multicultural full-service advertising and public relations firm, founded in 2001.

Manny currently serves on the boards of The Posse Foundation and SBS (Spanish Broadcasting System) and has previously held influential positions on various boards including the Smithsonian Center, Continental National Bank, Baptist Health Foundation, Latin Grammys Host Committee, WLRN, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, and Voices for Children Foundation.
