Leadership Coaching/ Mentoring for school leaders.by providing a trusting, understanding as well as a realistic approach to the challenges faced by school leaders.
Services include conversations about student learning data, goal setting, and practices. In addition ,side-by-side support during leadership events,meetings, walkthroughs of classrooms, classroom observations and analysis of classroom data, or data analysis. My goal is to assist in the development of the skills, strategies and competencies that l will result in strong school leadership and student success.
